In each video, I try to provides insights, strategies, and actionable advice to help you prioritize self-love, self-care, and self-confidence. But also try to talk about other important things that can improve our life or in some cases that can make it worse. Every video I make is the video I wish would exist somewhere in the world so I could listen to it. Because I create most of my videos as a way to comfort or teach myself something I need in that moment. By doing this, I hope to also bring comfort, help, or even a smile to someone else🤍
