It all started when my mom, Liz, came up with a meal plan to help put dinner on the table for our family. She wanted it to be direct, easy, nutritional, budget friendly, and stress-free.

Today, I have taken the lifestyle of "The Food Nanny," taught to me by my mom, and implemented it into social media to share it with YOU!! It hasn’t always been easy. It's been a lot of work, but it’s worth it!

Our goal is to help others enjoy family dinnertime while cooking “to die for” food using a simple Meal Plan. Anyone can do it if they have the desire! We are here to help you connect with your family over yummy, nutritious meals!

We've found the most amazing high protein wheat and flours for guilt free baking and we regularly develop completely new and beautiful Kitchen Tools to make cooking a dream.
