2. Self observation - Objectifying the body and mind throughout daily life in order to dissolve identification with many subtle layers of personal identity.

3. Self inquiry - An ongoing discernment between Self and transient phenomena. Growing in the clear seeing of all experiences including the personal self, to be changeful and impermanent. Thereby, learning to let go of attributing your Beingness to the experiences which are appearing.
