Sailing The Far Side

I'm just a girl living her legacy. Thirty-four years ago my father commissioned a 50’ 'Young Son pilot house, cutter, built in the Tradewind yard in Taiwan to fulfill a dream. He began sailing the South Pacific where he met my mom, and my story began! His travels amounted to over a hundred-thousand sea miles. Having grown up around sailing and having heard all of the stories around the dinner table that my parents shared, my sister and I took to the Sea! However now it is back to one sister, continuing to learn from my dad every step of the way. Currently the Far Side is in Guatemala, and the refit is almost completed!! For now enjoy my adventures in Key West, where I work as a Captain, until The Far Side is ready to adventure again herself!!
