Mariah Leonard

Mariah works as a beauty expert, creative director, writer, and photographer in Los Angeles, California.

In 2013, she set out toward the digital beauty industry while finishing up her BA in Magazine Journalism, initially freelance writing for a startup beauty publication. In 2014, she began the turn toward beauty expertise and photography, while also developing her skills in video production, editing, and creative direction.

10-years on, she’s worked creatively with many of the most prominent beauty brands in the world, from Maybelline and L’Oreal, to Byredo and Chanel Beauty. She’s had her work featured in NYX stores as far as Malaysia, and as close as a Revlon billboard in Times Square.

Mariah’s work reflects her early experiences with makeup and her background in magazine journalism, intersecting crisp modernity with nods to 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s beauty.
