Originally from Yokohama, Japan, I now live in San Francisco, California, with my family and our dog, Miso. I’ve authored three cookbooks (search on Amazon), in which I share everyday easy recipes to Japanese New Year "Osechi" recipes. I also sell Japanese tableware and kitchenware on my online store called JOC Goods. I wanted to bring handcrafted tableware and kitchenware from small Japanese kilns and workshops directly to your home.
