Jan is the author of eleven major books and a producer of eleven DVDs. She formally conducted the largest prophecy conference in the world called Understanding the Times.

She has an active Web ministry, print newsletter, and e-newsletter.

Her radio program, now in its twenty-third year, is also called Understanding the Times. It is syndicated on one thousand radio stations and heard internationally via the Internet. It looks at news and views from a biblical perspective and also focuses on discernment issues for the church.
