Hi! I'm Elisha and since 2008 (when I started my private practice) I've been obsessed with fascia and its role in pain, nervous system patterns and personal freedom. What began as a personal quest to resolve 8 years of debilitating knee pain - along with some unhealed childhood trauma - became a lifelong mission to share the life-changing discoveries I was making with the rest of the world.

This channel is a way for me to share what works best for me and my clients when it comes to fascia release, solving pain at the root level, and understanding the role your nervous system plays in all of this (which is massive).
