I’m Ashy Bines, Co-Founder &Creative Director of Hideaway bath and body and co-host of the She Rises Podcast.

I’m a women’s empowerment leader, author , speaker , personal trainer ; entrepreneur, and retreat facilitator passionate about helping women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves, and step into the most confident, grounded version of who they are. To help them be the mum , partner and friend they always wanted to become.

I run transformational women’s retreats across Australia and Bali & am the creator of Rise Inside, an online personal development membership designed to support women in real, everyday life. Rise Inside was created to remove the overwhelm from personal growth & provide step-by-step guidance, tools, and sisterhood so women feel supported, self-led, & deeply empowered.

At the heart of everything I do is creating safe, supportive spaces where women feel seen, supported, & reminded of their power, so they don’t just heal, but truly thrive.
